§ 3745. Identification and killing of dogs

The appraisers shall receive from the town treasurer, out of the moneys received under the provisions of this subchapter, $1.00 each for every examination so made by them, and the selectman acting in the case shall receive twenty cents a mile one way, for his necessary travel.
